Best for

  • Solo plumbers or small teams wanting an affordable entry point — Core starts at $29/mo with scheduling, quoting, online-payable invoices and 100+ app integrations
  • Businesses planning to grow past a few technicians, since features unlock progressively up to the 15-user Plus tier

Not ideal for

  • Teams that need automated reminders, automatic payments or QuickBooks sync on a tight budget — those require the $99/mo Connect tier or higher

Key features

  • Online booking, scheduling and a client-facing website (Core, from $29/mo)
  • Quotes and invoices with online payments (Core)
  • 100+ third-party app integrations (Core)
  • Automated reminders, automatic payments, checklists and QuickBooks sync (Connect, from $99/mo)
  • Job costing, two-way SMS and workflow automation (Grow, from $149/mo)
  • Marketing suite, AI receptionist and dedicated onboarding (Plus, from $399/mo)

Verdict

Based on Jobber's published pricing and feature pages, it's a genuinely low-cost way for a solo plumber to get online-payable invoicing and scheduling running, with team features (QuickBooks sync, automated reminders) reserved for the $99/mo tier and up. We haven't used Jobber hands-on yet, so this verdict is based on documentation, not our own testing — we'll update it once we have trial access.

What each tier includes

From public documentation

According to Jobber's pricing page, Core ($29/mo, 1 user) covers job scheduling, professional quotes, invoices with online payments, a client-facing website, reporting and 100+ app integrations. Connect ($99/mo, up to 5 users) adds automated reminders, automatic payments, checklists, QuickBooks sync, and time/expense tracking. Grow ($149/mo, up to 10 users) adds customizable quotes with visuals, upsell options, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS and workflow automation. Plus ($399/mo, 15 users included) adds a centralized file library, team mentions, automated job costing, pipeline management, a marketing suite, an AI receptionist, dedicated onboarding and premium support.

Scheduling and dispatch

From public documentation

Scheduling is available from the Core tier. Jobber's mobile-app page describes scheduling work from the field as new requests come in, viewing the team's daily visits on a map, and push notifications for schedule changes — but this describes the vendor's stated capability, not something we've tested ourselves.

Quotes and invoicing

From public documentation

Every tier includes quotes and invoices with online payments. Jobber's mobile-app page states technicians can create and send quotes from the field and generate invoices automatically when a job is marked complete. Higher tiers add automatic payments (Connect+) and customizable, visual quotes with upsell options (Grow+).

Mobile app

From public documentation

Per Jobber's own mobile app page, the app lets technicians: view job details and instructions on-site, complete job forms and upload photos, clock in/out for time tracking, send "on my way" texts, create quotes and send invoices from the field, and get alerts when a client views a quote or sends a message. The page doesn't mention offline functionality. The app is also available in Spanish for team members.

Integrations

From public documentation

Jobber advertises 100+ third-party app integrations from the Core tier, with QuickBooks Online sync specifically called out starting at the Connect tier ($99/mo). We haven't tested any specific integration ourselves.
